No Sweat Intro
Ready to start your fitness journey or see what HSCF is all about? Schedule a No Sweat Intro session! This FREE 30 minute session allows you to discuss your fitness goals and what you would like to achieve, check out our facility, and ask us any questions you may have about CrossFit, all with one of our High Speed CrossFit Coaches. We will talk about how we can help you reach your goals and about how being part of the High Speed community can help you build fitness foundations that will not only help you with your everyday life, but will build habits that last a lifetime.
HSCF Nutritional Program
This program will have you working 1 on 1 with a HSCF coach once a week to help you meet your weight loss or even gain goals. We will start by having a detailed discussion about what your specific goals are and what fitness success means to you. After we get an understanding of what it is we’re aiming for, we will take some baseline body measurements and gather the metrics so we can measure progress the entire way!
Next comes the important stuff, the plan! Our coaches will accurately figure out your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and also take into consideration how many calories you are burning working out and while at work. From there we can recommend a calorie deficit and a macro nutrient plan to follow that will have you speeding toward your diet and fitness goal.
Once a week you will check in with a coach, discuss how progress is coming, update us with key metrics, and we will make adjustments and recommendations. Once a month we will retake key body measurements.
The fact of the matter is, everyone can use a coach, whether it is in fitness and diet, family & relationships, or in business..coaching just works. Things seem a lot easier when we have a support system in front of us taking each step with us and for a lot of us, that’s what Crossfit means, community and support. We are also excited to bring a whole new level to HSCF with 1 on 1 personal training. Our coaches are available for personal training, either half hour or 1 hour sessions are available upon request, simply ask and we will get you scheduled with the coach of your choice!
Personal Training is a great way to hone advanced skills as well as refresh those basic ones. We recommend PT for everyone, whether you are a seasoned CrossFitter who hits the gym everyday or a beginner, everyone has something to gain from dedicated one on one time with our coaches. You tell us your goals and we will take it from there by designing a strategic set of sessions that will accelerate you towards your goals with the speed that only comes from dedicated time and effort!
